Description: Lyndon B. Johnson was born in a small two-bedroom structure on his grandfather's farm in Stonewall, Texas. The house was demolished in 1930, but was rebuilt in 1965 upon Johnson's request. The site also includes Johnson's first school house, a modern ranch house, and Johnson's gravesite. National Park Service Site. Open to the public.

Hours of Operation: The park is open every day except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day. The Visitor Center is open from 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
